Cannot login to MCU through SSH

MCU Viewpoint 8660 V100R007C02B017SP06(Release 7.2.17.6)

when login to the webpage of the MCU it success 

when login to the Putty it fails giving the below error 

error when login through SSH

i did i download the old version of putty 6.0 and it did not work so any suggestion from your side ?

Hi,
Have you tried SecureCRT as well just to ensure that it is not the client issue? Following 2 are supported for SSH:

SecureCRT: version 7.2 or later
PuTTY: version 0.63 or later

Instead of using a windows app, have you tried to access the device from a UNIX server and see if there is a similar feedback from the VP 8660?
