problem descripiton: New Installation for CloudEC after installtion on "orcale" customer add UC user he is able to login to the BMU but cannot login to espace
error found: Cannot connect to the eServer
I think this means the password is expired

please check if eServer is reachable (ping it) and then check the MAA and eServer services are not started after the installation.
To verify the installation, check for the MAA and eServer services in the service list. 1- Choose Start > Run. 2- Enter services.msc in the Run dialog box and click OK. 3- If the service items marked in red are displayed, the installation is successful.  |
