Cannot login to EG8345H5 using Epadmin

Hi,

Please help I have a problem login into EG8245H5 ONT as admin using the username Epadmin and can only log in using Epuser.
Previously, I can log in to the ONT using both usernames.

Please help, how can I log in to the ONT using Epadmin again?

EG series products

The default user name and password of a common user are Epuser and userEp.


HG series products

The default user name and password of a common user are as follows:

V300R016C10 and earlier versions: root/admin.

V300R017C00 and later versions: root/adminHW.


The ONT administrator account and password are restricted by the forum. For the ONT administrator account and password, contact the device provider or ISP.
