After you change the IP address, the server still retains the cache of the original IP address. Clear the cache of the /home/ivs_omu_portal/htdocs/Runtime/Cache. The procedure is as follows:
1. Log in to the server as the root user.
2. Run the rm /home/ivs_omu_portal/htdocs/Runtime/Cache/* command to clear the cache.
3. Use the new IP address to log in to the OMU portal.
