This topic describes how to deal with the problem that user cannot log in to the IVS client due to RAID configuration.
Problem description
User cannot log in to the IVS Client.
Product: VCN500-R
Problem Analysis
Log in to the server to check the RAID status.

The RAID status is Fault.
Root Cause
RAID enter the small system abnormally.
Solution
Run the cli rgresume id=0 command to fix the RAID group.
Run the cli rginfolist to check the status.
