This topic describes a solution for cannot log in to the iClent webpage by the default IP address.

IVS1800 8.1.0
Issue Description
Failed to login to the iClient, stuck at logo.

Handling Process
The server can be ping.
Re-installed the iClient and login use administrator, but the issue still exists.
Tried to log in OMU page and found the password expired.
Root Cause
OMU password expired
Solution
Create a new OMU password, log in to the iClient again , then issue is solved.
