Cannot log in to the DEC6108

Hello, guys!

Good day to you!


When I log in to the DEC6108, the login interface is as below:

DEC6108

I enter the username and password, but the login key is not displayed and I cannot click it!

It does not work either when I press the Enter key.

Please support!

Hi, Ava!

Please check the two tips:

  1. Whether you had added the DEC6108 IP to the compatibility view. If yes, please remove it.

  2. Do not select the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.

Hello,

Log in to DEC6108 through SSH and switch to root user.（Use the super administrator:admin, password: Change_Me）

2. Run su – root command.

3. Run cp /home/ivs_dwu/config/config.xml /config/ivs_dwu/config/

4. Run chown dwu:dec /config/ivs_dwu/config/config.xml

5. Run /share/init.d/root_add_for_business.sh

6. Run /home/ivstool/bin/service.sh restart dwu

7. Once reset, log in to the DEC6108 with default username and password. (admin, Change_Me).
