Maybe you had entered some incorrect parameters when you change IP, please follow the link to configure again.

Manually changing the VLAN ids and IP addresses

Hi,

There can be couple of parameters that you can check:
1. Ensure you are on the same network on which cloud IVS IP is configured.
2. Re-validate that while changing IPs, you configured all the IP parameter correctly (link: https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100070364&id=EN-US_TOPIC_0141175278&lang=en)
