Problem Description
Cannot log in to the CloudRSE webpage, but the CloudRSE can be ping.
Issue analysis
Log in to the CloudRSE via SSH.
Run the /etc/init.d/CloudRSEService status to check whether the CloudRSE service is normal.

As shown in the following figure, only GAUSSDB is RUNNING, and other services are in the STOPPED state.
Try to restart the CloudRSE.
/etc/init.d/CloudRSEService restart
After the command is executed, the system displays the following message: /opt/CloudMCU/mcumain: The file or directory does not exist.
The service file is missing, reinstall CloudRSE.
Solution
CloudRSE does not carry services, reinstall the CloudRSE.
