This topic is a solution to cannot log in to DEC6108 using the default IP address.

Issue Description
The new deployed decoder can be pinged but failed to login to the web page by using the default IP address.
Handling Process:
Tried to fix it as per documentation by modifying the compatibility view settings, but did not work.

Root Cause
It's an issue in the current version, needs to re-install then upgrade
Solution
Upgrade to new version DEC6108 V100R002C30SPC207.
