Cannot get ONT IP 0 address/mask

Hi Everyone,
I have a project and my problem is I am unable to get an ONT IP 0 address/mask
My set-up is below:
[router] ---------[switch]--------via darkfiber----------[OLT]-----------[ONU]
I can connect and access to the internet but no ONT IP address when I check #display ont info 0 0 0 0
ONT IP 0 address/mask: - Description : XXX Testing - SME Last down cause : - Last up time : 2022-04-20 02:01:59+08:00 Last down time : - Last dying gasp time : - ONT online duration : 0 day(s), 0 hour(s), 39 minute(s), 3 second(s)
This is how it looks like in the monitoring 0.0.0.0
I would appreciate you guys if you could give me any reasons why.
I have flashed the ONU itself but still cannot obtain an IP address for me to access the ONU web ui directly.
