Issue Description :
The customer has 68 camera and he cannot display all cameras simultaneously on decoder and only 64 cameras appear. and found error "The decoding capability has reached the maximun"
Decoder : DEC6108 V100R002C30SPC206
VCN540 : V100R003C10SPC238
Alarm Information :
Handling Process :
- We checked the configuration and it was ok.
- After checking, we found the customer connected HDMI 1 + HDMI 2 = 64 maximum as per the below image but the customer want to see the 68 cameras.
- We asked the customer to connect the HDMI 1 and HDMI 3 to give panes up to 72.
- After installing HDMI 3 and re-configure the decoder settings to HDMI 3, we confirmed the issue has been resolved.
Root Cause :
the customer connected HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 and he should connect the HDMI 1 and HDMI 3 for more panes appear.
Solution :
- We asked the customer to connect the HDMI 1 and HDMI 3 to give panes up to 72
- After installing HDMI 3 and re-configure the decoder settings to HDMI 3, we confirmed the issue has been resolved
