Problem description

You cannot dial 9xxxxxxx numbers.

Problem analysis

1. We found that the caller number change failed.

2. You configured TLGD with the prefix '99'.

3. The caller number change is incorrect on this TGLD.

Solution description

Delete TGLD 9.
