This post is about the failure to connect to the VCN from eSight.
【Problem Description】：
The FSE said that when he connected to the VCN from esight, the connection failed.
There were 21 servers, only this server couldn't connect.

Version:V100R002C50SPC206.
【Problem Analysis】：
We checked the logs form the esight, and captured the package from the esight.
We found that the UOA does not send the correct signaling to the esight.
And we checked the parameter of the UOA, all was ok.
【Root Cause】：
The UOA is reloaded and the directory is not deleted, causing the verification to fail.
【Solution Description】：
We removed all UOA directories and users.
Then we re-installed the UOA again. It's ok now.
