The HG8247W5-6T is an ISP-customized device. The Enable website filter cannot be configured in either of the following scenarios:

1. According to ISP customization requirements, the Enable website filter configuration of the HG8247W5-6T is disabled.

2. According to the uploaded page, your account for logging in to the HG8247W5-6T is a common user account. Generally, some functions of the HG8247W5-6T can be configured only by using an administrator account.

In the preceding two cases, the administrator account is controlled by network security and we cannot be provided. You need to contact the ISP to provide a solution.
