Cannot call external network terminal

we have 5 te30 that deployed on the private network registaered on smc. two ports of smc are used , one is for private and other is for public . one TE50 is deployed on public network 

when we call point to point from TE30 which is on private to TE50 which is on public , there is error "remote terminal is offline" appeared. 

please help us to solve this issue , thanks

Dear, please check the following tips:

1. check wherher the TE can ping SC

2. check whether the parameter of  allow unknow call is selected. shown as below:
