Problem description
When a user is added to the MCU on the web interface, the message "The maximum number of users has been reached." is displayed in the lower right corner.
Root Cause
The number of users connected to the MCU web interface has reached the preset limit or maximum number supported.
Solution
On the All Users, check whether the current number of users has reached the maximum number supported.
- Maximum number reached
Log in to the web interface as the system administrator and delete unwanted user accounts.
- Maximum number not reached
- Choose .
- While the Connection type is set to Built-in web/Third party, change the value of Number of third-party user connections (1 to 10).
- Click OK
