Cannot add song as my ringtone from Google Play

I bought a song from Google Play and I'd like to make that my ringtone. I have the File Manager already installed.

I can't figure out how my phone or laptop can download the song. The song is playing on my phone but with Google Play only. It doesn't show up in the File Manager music file. Does anyone know how to solve this please let me know, all comments are accepted, thank you in advance!
