Cannot add board LTX board on OSN8800

Hei Guys,
We tried to add a 17LTX board on OSN8800 T32 on slot 34/35 but the board can not be added.
I tried to add manually and I can not add this way as well. I changed the slots 34/35 to 32/33 but the board is still invisible on NE.
OSN Vesion: V100R011C00SPC230+SPH236
I added the board other shelf and it works properly.
Also, we uploaded NE but it was failed because of data share conflict
I noticed one more thing on NE that Sometimes all boards are GREY but NE is still online .
What should be the reason?
