Cannot add a new SmartLogger 3000 to Fusionsolar clod

Hi guys.

I installed new SmartLogger 3000 on client's plant, but i cannot add it to FusionSolar cloud account.

If i write serial number into S/N box it say's : "The device has been bound to a plant. Select another device".

Please help me to remove my SmartLogger from other plant. Thank you.

 @ur5dco Please send and email to eu_inverter_support@huawei.com with the serial number of the Smartlogger and a short description of the problem (screenshots if available) and we will check to see where exactely it was connected or what happened there i_f30.gif

Hello, dear.
As prompted, your device has been bound to another FusionSolar. You need to unbind it before binding it again.

Hi. It's new device, and it never binded to other plant. Can you help me to unregister my device from other plant? I have 2 new SmartLogger 3000 with same problem. Thank you for reply.
