cannot access IVS OMU Portal

Hi,
since two days and I'm trying to resolve this issue "Reashed the same account login OmuPortal allow mazimum number of concurrent" I even tried to reset the OMU PW but that didn't work. why? and what could be the issue?

Hi Stephen, I did clear cookies and also reset browser to default setting but that didn't help

VMU VCN3020 but I'm not exactly sure about the version! do you know how I can get it from putty? thanks

I used netstat -anp|grep 8443 to check the users' IP but it showed no one. I checked again the portal and I found it open with new resetting PW. I think the solution was to change OMU PW and wait for uses session to be terminated.

It's a little weird. It should see the IP address. In any case, it's best to solve the problem.

In principle, the password is changed so that other IP addresses do not know the new password and cannot log in to the system. |
