Hi, sir.

I got the ONT Echolife HG8245W5 from a local ISP but they called back the box and manual before I checked it, can I have a specification of the ONT for making a decision about upgrading the internet in my home please?

I do not have permission to access the link to download the data sheet for HG8245W56T. Why is that so? Why it is NOT publicly available? 1. Can I get somewhere else data sheet for this router? 2. What is the difference between HG8245W56T and EG8245W56T. Thank you.
