Hi, Team

We have VCN3020 and some other vendors' devices. Now we manage these devices in a unified manner.

Can VCN3020 backup the record of dahua DVR?

I have confirmed that our VCN does not support the backup of the third-party record with our R&D.

In the case of third-party products, you are advised to replace them with Huawei products. This can avoid unnecessary compatibility issues and potential security risks. Besides it can help us provide complete services and support.

And how about backup our NVR (VCN & CloudIVS) to other storage? like SMB or FTP?
do we have solution to backup our NVRs?
