can the USG firewall runs at transparent transfer and routing transfer mode simultaneously?

can some interfaces on the USG firewall run as a swithing port and other interfaces run as a layer 3 port?

I need some interfaces run as a switching port, so that it could transparently transfer the data, while other interfaces configured with IP address as the gateway of the DMZ,
