To solve this problem, we need to make sure that the customer uses the 4G stick. We know that the model of the small SUN2000L can also be uploaded to the hosting cloud. However, the SUN2000L model has the wireless function. Even if the 4G is not used, the wireless function can be used to connect to the wireless router, upload to the hosting cloud. For details, see the previous posts. The SUN2000-70KTL-C1 inverter, however, knows that there is no wireless function. To upload data to the hosting cloud, only the 4G stick can be used. In addition, we must specify that only Huawei's 4G stick can be used.
Many customers will use the 4G stick, however, data cannot be uploaded to the hosting cloud. We have never promised that other vendors' 4G sticks can upload data to the hosting cloud. However, some customers will argue that the 4G stick can be used to upload data to the hosting cloud, I would like to explain to you that the 4G sticks of other vendors have not been verified. Therefore, we cannot ensure that data can be uploaded to the hosting cloud.
Like the 33KTL model, we cannot ensure that the 4G stick can be used as the 4G stick to transfer the cloud to the hosting cloud. However, there are also successful cases, however, we have not done this verification, so we cannot guarantee the success.
