Can the OSPF establish neighbor between the different network type

Actually, the neighbor relationship between the P2P and P2MP, P2MP and broadcast could be established. The reason you failed is that the ospf timer mismatch between the two devices. For P2MP, the default timer is hello interval 30s and 120s for the dead interval, while hello interval and dead interval are 10s and 40s for the P2P and broadcast.
By the way, the routing information cannot be transferred though the neighbor relationship established.
