can't start the ne40e

I download the lastest ensp, and add the ne40e image, it worked fine when first startup, but I can't start it after I reopen the ensp, pls help me to solve it. thanks.

If you are using V100R003c00, you better upgrade it to V100R003C00SPC100, because there's a bug in v100r003c00 that the device can't start up the second time.

what's your ensp version?
V100R003C00 or V100R003C00SPC100

the latest version is v100R003C00SPC100,please download this version ensp and all of the imges(CE/NE/CX), then delete all these imges on virtualbox then import them again from the latest ensp.
