[Issue]
Customer has an AR1220 (V200R009C00SPC500).
They typed: [Huawei-diagnose] remove wlan-function.
This command turned the WLAN off permanently, as the radio turned off and no WLAN command was accepted. The customer wants the function back on.
[Analysis]
We checked the effect of this command and found that after the configuration takes effect, the WLAN functions of the device cannot be used or restored. Exercise caution when running this command.
[Root cause]
After confirming with our product development R&D, the WLAN function cannot be recovered, as the hardware tag was already set up so the function will be totally removed even if we try to install new software.
[Solution]
The WLAN service can't be restored. Please be very cautious when running the command to avoid mistakenly running it.
