HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hello

I set up my router to port fowarding with the Remote Dektop app.

Port fowarding set up

My ddns works rigth but stop when it get the modem. My forwarding isn't working.

ddns

What I'm doing wrong?

Months ago I didn't have this problem, my forwarding stop working when my ISP change my modem. When I set up the new modem the same way like the another, just didn't work.

The set up in the next picture is from another modem with the same ISP and works great.

Hello, friend!

Because I don't know the configuration.

If a new device is used to replace an old device, ensure that the port on the new device is not occupied.

The DNS of the new device changes. Check whether the IP address changes.

The port forwarding service needs to pass through the ISP network. Ensure that the ISP allows the port service to be forwarded.

Thanks!

Hello, friend!

Does the HG8145V5 replace the HG8245H? Or are two devices working at the same time?

There are two devices working at the same time, different network but same ISP, I share de HG8245H pic to show how I've done mi set up that works, but isn't in the same net.

My port is allowed by the ISP.

Just stop working with the new HG8145V5 , with the device that I had before (I don't remeber the model device) the port was working with this set up.
