Possible cause
1. The user does not run the IVS C/S client as the administrator user.
2. The user does not have read, write and modify permissions on files in the installation directory of the IVS C/S client.
Solutions
If you re-install the IVS C/S client to a directory on drive C (not the Program File directory) or D, you can properly log in to the IVS C/S client. Alternatively, perform the following steps to set the user rights:
1. Right-click the icon of the IVS C/S client and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.
2. Click the Compatibility tab, click Run this program as an administrator, as shown in Figure 1.

3. Click the Security tab and click Edit, as shown in Figure 2.

4. Add the user rights, as shown in Figure 3.
