Hello,

Possible cause

1. The user does not run the IVS C/S client as the administrator user.

2. The user does not have readwrite and modify permissions on files in the installation directory of the IVS C/S client.

Solutions

If you re-install the IVS C/S client to a directory on drive C (not the Program File directory) or D, you can properly log in to the IVS C/S client. Alternatively, perform the following steps to set the user rights:

1. Right-click the icon of the IVS C/S client and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.

2. Click the Compatibility tab, click Run this program as an administrator, as shown in Figure 1.

3. Click the Security tab and click Edit, as shown in Figure 2.

4. Add the user rights, as shown in Figure 3.

Dear Tadros.
The user account is locked due to consecutive failed login attempts.
You can wait a while and try again.

1. Go to Program files, delete and remove the current IVS.
2. Open the OMU page of the VCN, get the correct version and download the correct IVS.
3. Download and install the right IVS version, then open again as the administrator.

Hi, try the below command on the VCN after you login by SSH to root rights:

su postgres -c "/home/postgres/bin/psql -p 6000 -d smu -c \"update tbl_smu_user_info set lock_time='', status='1' where login_name='Admin';\""

If the user is not Admin change to the user like below

su postgres -c "/home/postgres/bin/psql -p 6000 -d smu -c \"update tbl_smu_user_info set lock_time='', status='1' where login_name='user';\""

Check and let us know the outcome
