Can't logint IVS Client : new version detected

I face issue when trying to login IVS Client.

The hint message displayed when logging in IVS Client is: new version detected.


Please help.

If you cannot log in to the IVS client, check out the following steps:

1. The password is incorrect;

2. User login upper limit maxnum;

3. The number of incorrect password attempts is too large. As a result, the user is locked;

4. Confirmed that the network was pingable;

5. Confirmed SMU was running;

6. The  firewall blocked the connection;

7. The IVS client version is inconsistent with the VCN version. As a result, the login fails.

According to your description, the hint message displayed when logging in to the IVS Client is: new version detected.

The possible cause is that the IVS client version is inconsistent with the VCN version.

We found the following information:

- The hint message displayed when logging in to the IVS Client is: new version detected.


- The VCN version is V100R002C30SPC200, but the IVS Client version is V100R002C20SPC200.


- Checking the IVS Client Version.

8d5ed76e692740178fb09d892e0aaf8e


- The IVS Client version is inconsistent with the VCN version, which causes the login failure.


- We advised the customer to install the V100R002C30SPC200 version.

- Now the customer can access the IVS Client.
