I can't log in to OMU webpage after entering the VCN IP address

The IP address should be https://Server IP address:8443

The procedure for checking the VCN OMU login failure is as follows:
1. Check sever status and logs
login VCN3020 server with root account , excute 'service ivs_onu restart' command.
2. Check the network is pingable. Checked the Ip or port is correct?
3. Check that the service is installed
4. Check whether the IE explore cache is full. Advise clearing IE explore cache.
5. Use the default format " IP address with the port number " default address: https://192.168.2.101:8443/

Be noticed, the IP is the server IP address, not all are the 192.168.2.101, it is just the default.
