Problem description
Customer can't log in to the BMU page.
Problem analysis
Customer changed the sa password and the sa account; also used as the service account of BMU, thus causing issues.
Root cause
Customer changed the sa password and the sa account; also used as the service account of BMU, thus causing issues.
Solution
Need to modify all the encryption password on the MBU, portal, EAUS, Appagent, UMServer, eServer configuration files. Then restart and it will work.
