Can't log in the NEs from U2000

Hi all,

I'm having trouble using the U2000.

The NEs has been added to the Main Topology of the U2000. But when I right-click the router and choose Tools > ssh from the shortcut menu, an error message is displayed.

All NEs cannot be logged in.

Does anyone know how to handle this?

Hi Hobbit,

To access the NE device, You need to permit the IP addresses to be accessed on the U2000.

Choose System > NMS Security > System ACL

Add the network segment to be accessed on this page.
