Can't log in AC

Hello friends,

We have an AC6605 that has been deployed which we are unable to SSH or telnet. When trying to SSH to it, the packets just get dropped by the AC.

Stelnet 10.15.124.2
Trying 10.15.124.2...
Connected to 10.235.249.2.
Escape character is '^]'.
Warning: Telnet is not a secure protocol, and it is recommended to use Stelnet. Connection closed by foreign host.

I've done a packet capture and I can see the AC sending back a TCP RESET.

The login configuration is the same as that of other devices. I cannot see anything that seems incorrect.

This is my problem. Any idea would be a help. Thank you!

Hello,

Please refer to the post to check if the login configuration is wrong.

And If your AC version is V200R10, the device forbids service interfaces from accessing the management plane by default.

You need to use the mgmt isolate disable command to disable the management interface isolation function.

Let me know if my solution works out for you.
