Can't find logs for users - USG6500

Hi,
We are using usg6500 firewall and can't find the users logs when checking user demo-graphics to see which user is accessing which site.

Firewall exact model is USG6580.

Don't you use the log server?
The size of the log buffer on the device is limited. New logs will replace the existing logs in a time order.
The log server can be used to store log data for a long time.

basically it is in a demo enviornment and we can see live that what user is accessing which websites/URLs but problem is that it is not storing any logs. All logs are flushed after almost half an hour or so.

As @Popeye_Wang said, the logs stored on the device itself are limited. you are kindly advised to transfer the logs to the log server to keep them permanently.

BTW, I didn't find USG6580 in USG6500 series, only found USG6580E firewall. Please check if you missed the character E following the USG6580

Hi,

Yes, it is USG6580E. I have tried by upgrading the hard drive on the firewall and its storing logs. But as it is only demo environment, we don't have access to customer's complete network. But adding a hard drive solved the problem.
