Can't extract tar using windows 7zip

PROBLEMS:
I have Huawei AP that need Diagnostic file to be extracted
Extract tar generated by "Maintenance>Diagnosis Tool>One-click Information Collection" using Windows 7zip give error but successfully extract using windows tar

INFO:
-Huawei AP5030DN FAT V200R019C00SPC907
-7zip latest version as of today

Extract using windows tar result extracted and no error message
diagnostic-information.txt>file properties>size on disk=847,872
md5 8998648a43b51e9e5c2049a194b0522a

Extract using 7zip result extracted but error message "Unexpected end of data"

So must be something in tar that 7zip didn't like
Could someone tell me what's wrong with tar file so that I can report to Huawei

By tar specification:
The end of an archive is marked by at least two consecutive zero-filled 512-records.
Your tar archive doesn't contain these two consecutive zero-filled 512-records at the end of archive. So 7-Zip thinks that archive was truncated.

It seems 7zip didn't have --ignore-zero option or -i
I try using izarc and I didn't get error at all https://www.izarc.org
