Can’t download TE desktop client from SMC2.0 server

Hi everyone,

This post to explain how to download TE desktop client from SMC 2.0 Server

[ Problem Description ] Can’t download TE desktop client from SMC2.0 server.

[ Problem Analysis ] The TE desktop installation package wasn’t placed in the directory, after installing the package in the path D:\Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd\SMC2.0 and following the steps, the TE desktop was downloaded successfully.

[ Root Cause ] The installation path was incorrect.

[ Solution Description ]

1-       Installing the package in the path D:\Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd\SMC2.0

2-       Click Download TE Desktop.

3-       Select the TE Desktop edition according to the operating system ( Windows )

4-       Click Download.
