Can't create new WDM devices on U2000

Hi all,

i've installed U2000 V200R016C60SPC200 in our lab usig the OVF file available on Huawei Official support web site (approx 10,3 GB).

I've obtained a licence that can manage OSN devices (attachment 1 & 2) and I have the OTN component (attachment 3), but when i try to create new NEs, can't find OSN in the list (attachment 4).

Can somebody help me with this?
