Can't control PTZ

Possible Cause
The possible causes are as follows:

The protocol, baud rate, or address is incorrect.

The signal cable is not properly connected.

Solution

Change the protocol, baud rate, and address in the web management system to those used by the PTZ or PTZ camera.
Check whether the fault is rectified.

If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, go to 3.

Check whether the signal strength and connect the signal cable properly.
