HG8245Q2 is a Carrier product. The following method is for reference only:
1. If your device cannot connect to the network using a network cable, you can log in to the WebUI of the device based on the device nameplate.
2. In the navigation tree on the left, choose Status > Eth Port Information. In the pane on the right, you can view the status of the ETH port.

If the ETH port is not enabled, contact the ISP to log in to the device web interface using the administrator account and password and enable the ETH port of the HG8245Q2.
