Can't add AUX board in OSN 1800 slave subrack

Hello, I am commissioning the OptiX OSN 1800 on NCE. I need to add the logical AUX board to the slave subrack of the OSN 1800. However, I find that the logical AUX board cannot be added successfully. How can I solve this problem?
