Can't add any cameras to Holosense

This topic describes how to deal with the problem that cannot add any camera to Holosense.

Problem Description

The customer reported that he can't add any cameras likes C6650-Z33 to Holosense.

Problem Analysis

We checked and found that IVS1800 is old version IVS1800 V100R019C50SPC100 and needs to upgrade to version  IVS1800 8.1.0 but we can do an alternative solution which adding the camera with ONVIF protocol then change the protocol to HWSDK.

Root Cause

Client-Huawei Product-local Maintenance.

Solution

we added the camera with ONVIF protocol then change the protocol to HWSDK, then the issue has been solved.
