Hello guys.

I have HG8245H and there is such a big problem that I can't solve it.

I can't access to WLAN setting either I enable the WLAN. also, I cant turn on WLAN from the device too.

I was reset the device and after that, I had this issue. another thing that I can't do is that when I reset device is not turning on.

In addition, you can also restore the factory settings (use the reply pin to press the REST button for 5 to 10 seconds), and then try to log in again.

 

If you still can't log in, either the device port is broken or the ISP is restricted.

thanks. but i cant see wlan settiing as in picture had shown . its nothing there...and when it doesnt reset correctly !when i reset then just power light would be on and nothing else.
