Can't access the Huawei IP camera IPC-6225-VRZ

Dear  Huawei Team,

We can't access the Huawei IP camera IPC-6225-VRZ


We are Facing   issue when we are adding the new Indoor or out door Cameras

Step1:We have given laptop IP

Step2:Connected to  switch with vlan configure for cameras but  when we ping its not reachable

Step3:When we try to access camera through web  it shows

We need  urgent support  as customer is facing  issue we arenot able to access indoor or out cameras as we have 10 cameras  in same  situation

Hi there!

If you have problems with the camera being unable to connect, the following information can help you.

1. Please check if the camera IP can be pinged.

2. Please check if the camera IP address is correct and whether it has been modified (such as receiving another IP address from the DHCP pool).

2.1. Set the camera's IP address to the fixed IP. On the same network segment of the router, such as the router's IP (192.168.1.1), the camera can be set to 192.168.1.254.

2.2. Accessing the IP camera using the IP address received from the DHCP Pool.

3. Check if the camera is plugged in.

4. Check for other hardware or cable failures.
