Can't access the DEC6108 via Serial port

This post describes a possible reason why you cannot access DEC6108 through a serial port.

【Problem Description】: 

Can't access the DEC6108 via Serial port 

【Problem Analysis】: 

We asked the customer to access the DEC via serial port and he confirmed that he was getting blank page and can't access 

【Root Cause】: 

The customer used wrong serial port speed 

【Solution Description】: 

We asked the customer to make the serial port speed as 115200 and he confirmed he can access the CLI via serial port
