Can‘t Access our first AP

Hi,

We have got our first Huawai product in our environment, but we have some problems to configure it for the first time.

I have follow the quick start guide and setup the 169.254.1.2 IP on my laptop and I can ping the AP5030DN device, but when I try to telnet or use the WebUI, it doesn't respond.

Does anyone have any idea what's going wrong? Or any tip and trick how to access it for the first time?
And I don't have any Serial port on my laptop so it's hard to access the console port.
