We are installing new OSN 6800, and the SCC board is TN52SCC, with the software V100R010
after resetting the database and the system area, we could discover the OSN using WebLct but we couldn't login it, we tried using the following users: root, lct and szhw, but we had an error telling that the account is incorrect, or the accound is disabled.
we tried to log in using navigator 6.2, the connection is succeed but the login using the above user is failed.
It seems that we don't have any user valid to use it.
My question is: is there any hidden user, or any other way to activate any user to use it with navigater.
