1, you need download the laster version of navigatior,currenlty its "7"

2, if you want login and management the NE by weblct, you need login the NE through navigator and enable weblct login.

Notice:for how to enable it pleae check the product document,the method how to enable not good show here,can through char message.

There is no any hidden user account.
What's the password which you were trying to login ? From I know, the default passwork may be Changeme_123 , nesoft or password

the password is nesoft, I tried it on another board, and it was working.
within the couple days ago, we tried many SCC boards, we found that some of them are ok, and we could use navigator with them, and some of them had the same problem above, we couldn't find a relation or a pattern when the login is success, and when it is failed

Hi again
we found that this problem is more complicated
we put an SCC board in OSN 6800, and power on the subrack, after about 3 minutes, when all the LEDs indicators are on, (the SCC is still booting), we trid to login using navigator, in this stage we are succeeded, and the device was responsing to navigator commands, after many minutes later, and when the SCC finished its booting completely, the device threw us away, and the navigator session is ended.
we tried to login again, but we had the same problem as first post, that means the connection is succeed but the login is failed.
we tried this procedure many time, and we have the same results every time.

any ideas dears?

Hello,

To login on that version all password is set as "Changeme_123" for all users; also take into account that after some wrong login the account will be locked for some 30 minutes.
You also can login into OSN 6800 configured as Master, subrack Id "00", this adjustment is doing by setting DIP switches in AUX board.
