Can’t access mouse / keyboard from TCM

We have installed CT-TCM and tried to test remote assistance the Linux thin client CT3200 . It can start remote assistance but cannot access   mouse / keyboard . It is FA 6.5.1

Group" pane, click the Linux client to open the conf iguration interface.

Security ””, user can set the system security related options, each content corresponding
to “Security Setting” “User Password” “VNC Setting” o f TC side.
Specific item set is as follows:
1. Allow Modify System Setting: the default permission, after to check the end user will not
be able to modify the system parameters;
2. System Settings: can set the control center, the connection manager to add, delet e, edit
the connection operation, system network configuration of the operation, whether to
need a password, after checked the item of need a password, the password can be
modified.
3. User Password: by using the user password, you can set the user password, the
password to boot, restart, the screen protection, system lock password, the default is
empty.
4. VNC Setting: remote desktop applications, is used to set the cloud terminal as a remote
desktop server, some of the parameters set about remote desktop.
Contains: whether to allow remote monitoring, allow remote view or control, as well as
when cloud terminal desktop remote host some of the security parameters setting.About
VNC remote desktop, although optional allow remote control or just allow remote
vie wing, but considering the safety, must be after the authorization of the client (user
click the "confirm" button) to operate.
